Timothy Zeh, Assistant General Manager
Timothy Zeh has more than 25 years of experience in foundry management with a proven track record in waste and cost reduction and employee retention. Before joining Atlantic States, he served as general manager of Citation Corporation where he was instrumental in increasing foundry sales by more than $10 million. While with Citation, Mr. Zeh significantly reduced production costs and employee turnover rates. Under his management, the Alabama ductile plant won Citation’s “Performance Championship” in 2000 for the most profitable business unit. Mr. Zeh holds an MBA from Lynchburg College and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He has authored numerous papers and technical journals on the subject of Metallurgical Engineering and other related topics.

Dennis Zurakowski, Director of Environmental Engineering
Dennis Zurakowski is a licensed professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance, project management, and planning and organizational development. Before joining Atlantic States, he served as director of environmental, health, and safety for a Michigan-based company. There he was responsible for managing regulatory compliance for two carbon steel manufacturing facilities and a commercial industrial waste landfill. Previously, he was employed by the Mercury Refining Company in Albany, New York, as their regulatory compliance manager. In this capacity, he was responsible for the environment, health, and safety of plant facilities, as well as managing the construction of a state-of-the-art mercury reclamation facility designed to minimize employee exposure and air emissions.

Rex A. Blevins, Director of Safety
Rex A. Blevins has more than 25 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with more than 16 years as a safety and health management professional. Before joining Atlantic States, Mr. Blevins was manager of safety, health, and environment for Electrolux Home Products, Consumer Outdoors Products Division, where he was responsible for more than 3,000 employees in a 3-million-foot facility. During his tenure as safety director for Siemens Energy & Automation, Mr. Blevins was accepted into the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) VPP STAR program, and in 2002, he was named employee of the year for his division of 10,000 employees. Prior to Siemens, Mr. Blevins served as senior compliance safety and health officer for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, where he conducted numerous safety inspections in manufacturing and construction sites. Mr. Blevins holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Franklin University. He is recognized as a Certified Occupational Health & Safety Technologist, Certified Professional Health & Safety Auditor, and Certified Safety Professional. A professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, he is authorized by OSHA as a General Industry Outreach Trainer.
